Business Development Executive
About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and analytical Business Development Executive who can drive growth, build strong client relationships, and generate high-quality leads. This role is ideal for someone who understands web & digital technologies, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working independently while delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, business partners, and market opportunities within the industry.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads through various channels, such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build and Nurture Client Relationships: Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their business needs.
- Presentations and Pitches: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Analyze market trends and competitors to create innovative sales strategies that capture new business opportunities and improve conversion rates.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Pitch digital services effectively and align solutions with client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to support proposals, presentations, and project scoping.
Track performance metrics, maintain CRM data, and optimize outreach strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong analytical, market research, and lead generation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service abilities.
Minimum 2 years of agency experience (mandatory).
Proven experience in business development or sales.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Working knowledge of digital marketing strategies, trends, and industry tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
